If there is any revolution that has impacted the world in the last two decades in the maximum possible manner, it is clearly Information Technology. The department of Computer Engineering with sanctioned intake 60 and branch code as 533024510. We realize the significance of this specialization and have ensured a well-rounded infrastructure along with a very confident faculty. As the world remains a highly evolving place, we believe that, it is not just about preparing student with modern knowledge, but also about equipping them with know-how that will help them on the changing globe. Our Indian demographic profile with 550 million below the age of 25, approximately one- fourth of the global workforce by 2020, has the potential to change the future of not only this country but of the whole world.

3.Teachers day Celebration 

The teacher’s day was celebrated by the students of Computer department at PVGCOE &SSD,IOM campus on 5th September 2022 . The day is also celebrated to pay tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President of the country and a visionary educator.Students decorated the classroom with the decorative items on the eve of Teacher’s day and the faculties were welcomed warmly.The programmed was started with god Saraswati pujan by Prof. J.Y. Kapadnis (HOD COMP).  Each of the faculties was given a gift as a token of gratitude to show the acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put by the teachers towards their development.

4.Freshers Party Celebration 

The fresher’s party was organized by the students of our computer department at PVGCOE SSD IOM, Campus at 22th april 2022. Students decorated the hall with the decorative items on the eve of Fresher’s party and the faculties and newly admitted students were welcomed warmly. We also choose Mr. Fresher and Miss Fresher by the competition organized by students.
