About Department

The Institute currently offers a Two Years full-time MBA course with an intake of 60 seats, is approved by AICTE, affiliated to University of Pune and recognized by DTE (Govt. Of Maharashtra). The MBA program is spread over four semesters. The first two semesters provide insight into the fundamentals of various disciplines of management and having generalist approach. This is followed by eight weeks summer training to provide proactive interaction with industry and also to provide first hand experience of the corporate career. The third and fourth semester focuses on the chosen specialized area. The curriculum offers a wide choice to the students with specialization as finance, marketing, human resource, production and materials management and IT and IBM. The program seeks to lay emphasis on improving language proficiency and communication skills of students. It emphasizes on teaching methodology and pedagogy by incorporating more of case discussion, presentation and role playing which makes class room more interactive so that they are more learning oriented.

Industrial Visits

1) Nilkamal Plastics Limited, Silvasa , Gujarat :-

Industrial Visit was carried out at, Nilkamal Plastics Limited, Silvasa , Gujarat on 22nd March 2014. Especially for First and Second Year  students of MBA Department. Main objective behind the visit was to make student aware about how various activities related Business processes and practices for which the organisation was known for. It gave immense exposure to the corporate environment and culture. Quality Control Manager Mr. Parag Titarmare at Nilkamal Plastics Ltd., Silvasa guided and gave good learning experience to our students.

2) Mapro Food Products Limited, Wai, Satara, Maharashtra:-

Industrial Visit was carried out at Mapro Food Products Limited, Wai, Satara, Maharashtra on 8th February 2015. Especially for the First and Second Year  students of MBA Department. Main objective behind the visit to make students aware about opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gave our students practical first hand experience how the management concepts are put into forth. Plant Supervisor Mr Nikhil Hawaleat Mapro Foods Pvt. Ltd., Sindurjane, Satara guided the students to gain an insight into supply chain and product  manufacturing  processes.

3) Impulse Motors Limited, Waluj , MIDC, Aurangabad , Maharashtra:-

Industrial Visit was carried out at Impulse Motors Limited, Waluj , MIDC, Aurangabad , Maharashtra on 4 th February 2017. Especially for the First and Second Year  students of MBA Department. Main objective behind the visit to make students aware with a practical real world perspective on different functions in organizations such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Services, Logistics, etc. The interaction with Mr. Mahesh Marapalle, CEO, Impulse Pvt. Ltd. gave our students first hand experience about electronic components manufacturing for automobiles and exposure regarding practical working environment.

4) Hiware Bazaar , Ahmednagar, Maharashtra:-

Industrial Visit was carried out at Hiware Bazaar , Ahmednagar, Maharashtra on 15 th February 2018. Especially for the First and Second Year  students of MBA Department. Main objective behind the visit was to make students aware about Hiware Bazaar has won national renown for the metamorphosis and its success story of the Comprehensive Watershed Development Programme, implemented with the help of NGO, the Village Panchayat and Government Agencies. Mr Chattar, the representative of Hiware Bazaar Gram Panchayat guided regarding the irrigation system and water conservation program with which it has fought the drought and drinking water problems. This visit gave our students self learning experience and understand the reality of this model of development.

5) Amul, Rajguru Nagar,Khed , Pune

Industrial Visit was carried out at ) Amul, Rajguru Nagar,Khed  Pune, Maharashtra on 29 th February 2020. Especially for the First and Second Year students of MBA Department. Main objective behind the visit was to make the students aware about the manufacturing process of buttermilk, Amul Butter, Milk and Curd. The objective of this visit was to provide an insight regarding internal working of companies. Our students were guided regarding interpersonal skills and communication techniques and industrial practices and regulations during industry visits. Students were exposed to real working environment and shown how things are done in an organization.

6) Sahyadri Farm, Mohadi, Nashik.

On 5th July 2022 Industrial Visit was arranged by MBA Dept for their first and second year students at Sahyadri Farms at Mohadi, Nashik. Ms Pooja Kadam, HR Dept. Ms Pooja Kadam, HR Dept. gave brief information about post harvest infrastructure and FFC in Sahyadri Farm. Sahyadri farm is India’s largest integrated fruits and vegetable value chain which is a company of the farmers by the farmers and for the farmers which has been established in 2010. Main objective behind the visit was to make the students aware about the production process, Skill Development Centre and R U World. The objective of this visit was to provide an insight regarding internal working of companies. Our students were guided regarding interpersonal skills and communication techniques and industrial practices and regulations during industry visits. Students were exposed to real working environment and shown how things are done in an organization.

7) Parle, Igatpuri, Nashik

On 13th Jan 2023 Industrial Visit was arranged by MBA Dept for their first and second year students at Parle Biscuits Pvt Ltd in Igatpuri, Nashik. Ms. Nandini, HR Dept. gave brief information about Parle Company. And then madam showed animated movie of Parle products. In this animated movie process of production of confectionary. The Igatpuri Parle unit produces confectionaries like kachha mango bite, melody, mango bite and London dairy candy. Ms. Nandini gave a brief about procurement of raw material, Packaging and transportation. The objective of this visit was to provide an insight regarding internal working of companies. Our students were guided regarding interpersonal skills and communication techniques and industrial practices and regulations during industry visits. Students were exposed to real working environment and shown how things are done in an organization
